We have eliminated that “claustrophobic” feeling found in most wetsuits, by developing a low cut neckline that is both comfortable and watertight. Testing of competitor products established that unfinished or raw edge necklines, while comfortable did not provide the longevity expected for triathletes and swimmers.

Yamamoto has been the worlds leading manufacturer of neoprene since 1961. Yamamoto neoprene is derived from limestone, unlike most neoprenes that are petroleum based. The resulting cell structure absorbs dramatically less water, offers superior insulation and unparalleled mobility in the swim stroke.

The main body panels utilise 3mm Yamamoto, which provides warmth to the body and improves a swimmers overall body position by providing enhanced buoyancy.

Key movement areas such as the shoulders utilise 2mm neoprene, ensuring a relaxed swim stroke, which helps minimise fatigue.

Put on your tri suit or chosen race gear. Covering skin reduces friction, making it easier to slide into your wetsuit.

Use a small plastic bag to place over your feet. Simply put the bag over your foot and slide through your foot, then simply remove bag. Repeat

Try on when you are dry and in a cool place. Avoid trying on when you are sweaty or wet as this increases friction and makes achieving a perfect fit much harder.

Use thin gloves and pull suit between your finger pads. Pull material up a few cm up at time, never rush it's not a race. Never use your fingernails; high performances suits can be easily damaged.

Rinse in fresh water after every swim.
Avoid drying your suit in direct sunlight.
Soft fold when storing and avoid using a coat hanger on your suit. Extended storage on a coat hanger will result in damage to your suits shoulders.

Neckline too tight

Unfortunately the suit does not feel as you state. In fact for me, the neckline is too tight and unfortunately feels caulostrophobic
I do not think that a credit or exchange will help as it is in fact my size and the rest of the suit feels snug. I’m not game to even try it in the water as I will void my chance to return. If it feels too tight, the suit is useless to me. May I please return for a refund? It is with all tags attached in faultless condition

Disappointing

I purchased a sleeveless wetsuit. When I received my item, it was already damaged. I emailed Volare twice to notify the issue, sent the item back by a trackable post, and requested a refund, as I don't trust the quality of their product anymore. I know that the item has reached its destination. Now, It has been 2 weeks, and I have not heard anything back from Volare for acknowledgment of the issue and that they will rectify it. It is very disappointing and gives me a bad experience as a new customer.

It's important to clarify a few points and why a 1-Star review isn’t justified.
Firstly, the suit was sent to you in a timely manner, was brand new and defect free at the time of shipping. In the post it received a 2cm neoprene crease next to the zipper and while this is purely cosmetic and would absolutely come out. We get it, it’s disappointing and we would certainly swap the suit over as per our terms.

Yes, we received an email from you, saying you had returned the “damaged” suit and wanted a refund. No problem at all, we just need the suit back for inspection, so we can comment on the issue and refund as per your request.

It’s also important to note that the returns process begins upon receipt of the item into our warehouse (not at the date you sent posted the goods which was 2 weeks ago) and again we are sorry about this misunderstanding.

We received the wetsuit back into warehouse, one day after you gave us a 1-Star review. To avoid future confusion, we will be updating our terms to clearly spell out that Australia Post and our warehouse are not open on weekends and public holidays. While I understand your tracking number said delivered to the Post Office, as it was ANZAC Day, we did not receive your package until after the long weekend.

As stated on the phone giving a 1-star review to hurt a local business, who has delivered the goods on time and is happy to process a refund as per your request once they have received the goods back in our opinion is beyond harsh. Happy swimming.

Quality.

It arrived today. Takes a hot min to get on and off but adheres to the saying “fits like a glove”. Wish I had more of a bust to fill it out though! The limestone neoprene is lovely stuff, light and smooth, be careful with your nails though. Great cut and make. Super excited to get it into the water 🌊

Great value & good womens sizing
